ASTORIA, QUEENS — Dozens of apartments in Western Queens buildings are up for grabs through the city’s affordable housing lottery — though some of the units ask for fairly high incomes in order to apply.

Each of the buildings was listed in recent weeks on Housing Connect, the platform where the city gives residents the chance to apply for below-market-rate apartments. Eligible incomes and application deadlines vary for each listing.

Here’s info on each one:

The Ariel at 44-46 Purves St., Long Island City:

  • Eligible incomes: $68,572-$167,570
  • Household size: 1-5
  • Deadline to apply: May 2
  • Details: this newly constructed building near Court Square includes studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, with the cheapest ones renting at $2,000 a month. Amenities include in-unit laundry and dishwashers, high-end kitchen appliances and an outdoor terrace.

Astoria West, 11-37 31st Avenue:

  • Eligible incomes: $77,143-$167,570
  • Household size: 1-5
  • Deadline to apply: May 19
  • Details: this large new building takes up a chunk of the Vernon Boulevard waterfront. Though much of it will be devoted to upscale rentals, developers have received a tax break in exchange for setting aside 36 units for middle-income households, including 28 one-bedrooms and eight two-bedrooms. Rents range from $2,250 to $2,950 monthly, with building features including rooftop terrace and pool, a gym and yoga studio and a game room.

Dutch House Apartments, 37-01 30th St., Astoria:

  • Eligible incomes: $87,635-$167,570
  • Household size: 1-5
  • Deadline to apply: May 20
  • Details: this huge new building takes up much of a block between 30th and 31st streets, north of 38th Avenue, in Dutch Kills. Its 199 apartments include 56 that developers have reserved for middle-income renters in exchange for a tax break — all of which are reserved for applicants making at least 130 percent of the area median income. Rents range from $2,556 to $3,166 per month.
